Key partners of the Concerted actions for job retention program (PACME) implemented by the government of Quebec, in collaboration with the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (CPMT), the Business services of the 48 Quebec CEGEPs are ready to support and accompany local businesses experiencing a reduction in their activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
A vast expertise accessible everywhere in Quebec:
Established throughout Quebec, the CEGEPs boast the combined expertise of more than one hundred specialists, in more than 40 sectors of activity, in terms of worker training and business services, which makes them leading players to ensure the development of the skills necessary to enhance the productivity of organizations.
All of the CEGEP training activities, whether credited or tailor-made, definitely provide a solution in the current situation. CEGEPs offer each year more than 400 Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) and a whole range of short tailor-made training courses, adapted to the needs of individuals and small, medium and large organizations, whether in a learning institution or on your business site, but also remotely and online.
Keep your workers employed and prepare them now for the economic recovery:
PACME reimburses eligible expenses for your company’s training projects up to:
– 100% of expenses of $ 100,000 or less;
– 50% of expenses between $ 100,000 and $ 500,000.
Most of the training eligible under PACME is offered by CEGEPs:
– Continuous training related to your company’s activities
– Training on digital skills
– Training recommended by professional orders
– Training aimed at re-qualifying your workers
– Training courses made necessary or which make it possible to maintain or diversify your activities in the context of economic uncertainty linked to COVID-19
IMPORTANT: all CEGEPs can prepare tailor-made training plans, adapted to your needs. If the skills you are looking to develop are not found in their catalog of existing training … CEGEPs will be able to develop and implement a solution specifically for you!
